FIBOVO / FTTx MATERIALS DESK 01 — NETWORK ACCESS

From feeder cable
to the final drop.

Source passive fiber network materials by project requirement—not by guessing from a catalogue.

Optical cables, distribution hardware and termination components for ISPs, telecom contractors and network integrators. China-side sourcing coordination; every quotation and datasheet is checked by product.

START WITH THE NETWORK

Three segments.
One coherent scope.

Procurement starts with topology, installation and compatibility. These are the three material systems that define a typical FTTH/ODN bill of materials—not fixed bundles or one-size-fits-all product claims.

MATERIAL REFERENCE / VISUAL INDEX

What goes into
a fiber rollout.

Real field photographs, grouped into procurement systems. Select the material family, then specify the exact construction, configuration and applicable documentation in your RFQ.

01 / OUTDOOR NETWORKCABLES & ROUTES

The right fiber cable starts with the route.

Bring your core count, installation method and environmental conditions. We compare material constructions and supplier documentation against the actual route.

02 / PASSIVE NETWORKODN HARDWARE

The distribution points that make the system work.

Specify splitting, enclosure capacity and termination interfaces together. Hardware is selected for the planned topology and outdoor/indoor conditions.

03 / CONNECTIONSTERMINATION & PATCHING

Small connections. Critical compatibility.

Match the connector type, polish, jacket construction and test requirement. A mismatched APC/UPC termination can defeat otherwise correct network materials.

EARLY STAGE BOM TOOL

Start with the network size.

Estimate endpoint and splitter quantities for a conceptual network. Cable lengths, box quantities, PON ports and commercial pricing need a route survey and engineering validation.

Assumption: one splitter serves the specified number of endpoint connections, with a user-selected spare allowance. This is not a design approval or fixed procurement quantity.

INDICATIVE CAPACITYMODEL / NOT QUOTED
Planned premises connected800
Planned terminal capacity incl. spare880
Minimum PLC splitter units (at selected ratio)28

Distribution boxes, closures, feeder cable and drop cable require route length, distribution topology and local installation parameters.

OUR WORKFLOW

From project requirements to comparable quotes.

A practical sourcing sequence that keeps technical assumptions, supplier statements and commercial terms separate until verified.

01

Define the network

Country, installation method, fiber counts, homes, span, connectors and expected volumes.

02

Match products & suppliers

Cross-check datasheets, available configurations, test documents and project compatibility.

03

Compare the quotation

Collect EXW/FOB options, MOQ, production time, packing and sample requirements.

04

Confirm before the order

Clarify drawings, bill of materials, inspection needs and destination-specific requirements.

PROJECT INQUIRY

Tell us what you are building.

An RFQ with even approximate quantities is more useful than a broad catalogue request. Use this tool to prepare a structured brief for supplier matching.
